If you’re like us and consistency and routine is your lifeline, traveling for an extended period of time can be a challenge. Raeann is 2 weeks into her solo travel adventure, and although she is having the best time, the lack of her normal eating and exercise routine is starting to weigh on her mental health. Kristina is getting into a new gym routine, but shares how the pressure to get fit for summer is real and reminds us that we should be working on being healthy and strong all year round. We also talk about the dangers of social media comparison and what a world without social media would feel like. We also reflect on being a product of your environment and recognizing positive cultural differences. Thanks for hanging with us and tuning in to our summer series!
